Paindemain Bakes
Catherine makes a range of sourdough and yeasted breads, as well as buns, tarts and cookies using organic flour from Shipton Mill and Stoates and Son, Mayfield free-range eggs and other ingredients thoughtfully sourced with sustainability in mind.
The Bakehouse and the Baker
Baking is a second career for Catherine who gained a Diploma at The School of Artisan Food. She founded Paindemain Bakehouse in a converted horse lorry on an organic farm, before bringing it home to the village of Old Marston. Real Bread
Catherine's bread is made with all-natural ingredients and without the use of processing aids, chemical leavening or other additives.
